Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the MCP server and this website. By buying access or connecting a client to the endpoint, you agree to them.

The most important part is short: this service reports on the market, it does not advise you about it, and it never touches your funds.

What the service is

We operate an MCP server that returns cryptocurrency market data and analysis to a client you control — a chat client, a coding environment or your own software. It aggregates third-party data sources and, in some tools, classifies that data into a structured read using published, deterministic rules.

That is the whole of it. The service reports on the market. It does not act in it.

What the service is not

Nothing the service returns, and nothing on this website, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

We are not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a custodian. We do not execute trades, route orders, or hold, transmit or manage anyone's assets. We do not provide trading signals or manage portfolios. Any classification a tool returns is the mechanical output of a published rule applied to third-party data, not a judgement about what you should do.

Every decision you take is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it. Trading digital assets carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use a service of this kind. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any that restrict access to cryptocurrency-related services. Do not use the service where doing so would be unlawful.

Access and payment

Access is sold as a 30-day period for $29, paid in USDC or USDT to our treasury address on a supported chain. A payment is credited once verified on-chain, and a new period stacks onto any time remaining.

Nothing renews automatically and we store no payment method. Payments settle on-chain and cannot be reversed or refunded — the refund policy sets this out in full.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount, of a supported token, on a supported chain, to the correct address. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, on an unsupported chain, or in an unsupported token.

Your account and keys

Your wallet is your identity. Whoever controls it controls your access, so keep it secure — we cannot restore access to a wallet you have lost, and we will never ask for a private key or seed phrase.

API keys are shown once and stored only as a hash. Treat a key as a password: keep it secret, do not commit it, and revoke it in the dashboard if it is exposed. You are responsible for everything done with your keys.

Acceptable use

While using the service you agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the data or responses as a competing data feed or API.
  • Share your key with others or use it to serve users who have not bought their own access.
  • Circumvent quotas or rate limits, or attempt to obtain access without paying.
  • Scrape the service systematically for bulk extraction beyond your own use.
  • Interfere with the service's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.
  • Use the service unlawfully, or to break the terms of the upstream data providers it relies on.

Fair use and quotas

Access is subject to quotas and rate limits so that upstream providers are used within their terms and one user cannot degrade the service for everyone else. We may adjust limits where necessary to keep the service running.

Third-party data

The data is aggregated from third-party providers. We do not originate it and we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Providers change, degrade, disagree with one another and occasionally go offline. Tools are built to fail over between providers and to degrade rather than break, but a response may still be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Every response carries the time it was generated. Check it — a cached read and a live one are not the same fact.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including individual tools, at any time.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. No advice or information obtained from the service creates any warranty not stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any decision you made in reliance on it, and including losses caused by data that was inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if these terms are breached, if the service is used unlawfully, or if usage threatens the stability or security of the service or our relationships with upstream providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will be noted on the home page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
