Who can take part

What you earn

• 20% of every confirmed payment made by each person who signed up through your link, for as long as they keep paying.
• Card payments count at the amount actually charged. Payments in crypto or Telegram Stars count at the plan's list price in US dollars.
• Your dashboard shows clicks (unique visitors), sign-ups, paid referrals, pending earnings, available earnings and what has been paid out.

How a referral is counted

• The person must open your link and then create a new f1ow account. Existing accounts cannot be referred.
• The first referral link a person opens is the one that counts. Opening someone else's link later does not change it.
• There is no deadline between opening the link and signing up, as long as it happens in the same browser or in Telegram (on the web the link is remembered for up to 400 days, the longest a browser allows).

Holding period and payouts

• Earnings are pending for 30 days after each payment, then become available.
• Claim from the Referrals page once your available balance reaches $25. Smaller balances roll over until they do.
• A claim sends your whole available balance in USDC or USDT on Base to the wallet address you saved. Check the address carefully: on-chain transfers cannot be reversed, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or unsupported address.
• If a payout cannot be sent, the amount returns to your available balance.

What does not count

• Referring yourself. That includes your own other accounts and accounts created from the same device, network or email as yours. Payments sent from your own wallet or payout address earn nothing.
• Refunded or disputed payments. A refund within the holding period cancels the earning. A refund after it was paid out is deducted from your next claim.
• Spam, misleading claims about f1ow, or any use of the link that breaks the Terms.
